Learn from Leaders, Promote Positive Influence

With a platform featuring over 4,000 books from both domestic and international sources and drawing insights from publications like the Harvard Business Review for a global management perspective, the Leadership Impact Institute was established in May 2023. It brings together the influence and networks of the global knowledge community to offer courses tailored for leaders. Distinguished leaders from around the world are invited to personally teach and share their leadership wisdom in decision-making.

Outstanding leadership creates influence. We believe that deep learning not only changes oneself and shapes the enterprise, but also changes society. The Leadership Impact Institute has launched its first set of courses, inviting four exemplary luminaries from the business world to teach. They are Bruce Cheng of Delta Electronics, Miin Wu of Macronix International, John Hsuan of Clientron Corp, and Chong Chiu of Error-Free. Future courses will all be taught by renowned exemplary leaders in various fields both from Taiwan and abroad.
