Mayor Satisfaction Survey of Taiwan’s 23 counties and cities

In 1994, Taiwan passed the Local Autonomy Organization Act, decentralizing power from the central government to local governments, including subsequent financial rights. After the full-scale implementation of local elections, cities officially began to improve. Starting in 1995, the Mayor Satisfaction Survey conducted by Global Views Monthly became an annual report card for local leaders, setting a high standard for continuously striving for excellence among locally elected mayors and city officials.

In 1997, referencing US News & World Report’s College and University Rankings, Global Views Monthly initiated an annual university rankings of Taiwan institutions of higher learning, hoping to provide a basis for students to choose a school most suitable for their interests.

In 2003, Global Views Monthly pioneered the mystery shopper evaluation in various industries. This evaluation method primarily focuses on fundamental service attitudes and is supplemented by challenging scenarios. It tests the performance of major service industries in areas such as courteous reception etiquette, service quality, professional knowledge, and crisis management in unexpected situations.

ESG Corporate Sustainability Award

In 2005, Global Views Monthly pioneered the earliest Chinese-language media award for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In 2023, it entered its 19th year and was renamed as the Global Views ESG Corporate Sustainability Award. It is the earliest CSR and ESG evaluation and survey initiated by Chinese-language media globally and is considered the most longstanding and credible corporate sustainability award in Taiwan.

In 2021, HBR-CC, in collaboration with SAP, a global enterprise management system provider, launched the Digital Transformation Excellence Award. Since then, each year, over 30 of Taiwan's most authoritative experts from industry and academia are invited to participate in the selection process. The aim is to recognize outstanding Taiwanese companies, projects, and leaders in the field of digital transformation and establish a platform for sharing and exchanging knowledge on digital transformation in Taiwan.

Global Views Education Foundation’s Future Education, Taiwan 100

In 2016, the "Future Education Taiwan 100 Co-creation Platform" was launched, bringing together the efforts of teachers, government agencies, social enterprises, and nonprofit organizations to accelerate educational transformation. In 2017, the first "Future Education Taiwan 100" selection was held, aiming to gather 100 innovative educational projects from across Taiwan. This selection takes place every two years, providing a platform to showcase and inspire a wider audience of educational partners, bringing to light the fascinating initiatives that were previously confined to certain corners of classrooms.
